Most of our pieces are made to order and take up to 1-2 weeks to be ready for shipping. The production of an item begins only after a confirmed order is received.

We process and ship orders from Athens, Greece, Monday through Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, a tracking number and a link to the website where you can track your parcel.

In the event that the shipment is lost or not received and held at customs, it will be returned to our warehouse and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days, deducting the original shipping and return shipping charges that could vary from country to country. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
